Area of Responsibility

Meg works with mid to large size employers, consulting with client companies to design, communicate & implement both employee benefits & strategies.  Meg works closely with clients to provide HR and compliance support and is committed to optimizing employee benefits. Additionally, Meg is part of the New England Project Team, aimed at improving client experience and communication.

Experience

Meg began her career as a Group Life & Disability Underwriter for Hartford Life, before becoming an Underwriting Team Lead at Aetna.  She then moved into a Sales role at CIGNA, where she was named 

Rookie of the Year.  In 2006, Meg joined Northwestern Benefit Associates (NBA) as an Employee Benefit Specialist.  In 2015, NBA was acquired by Eastern Benefits Group (EBG), where Meg served as a Vice President and Account Executive, and was a multi-year recipient of the Eastern Bank Above & Beyond Award.  Meg joined Gallagher in 2023 with Gallagher’s acquisition of EBG.  She is currently an Area Vice President and Account Executive.

Meg has extensive experience with ACA compliance, Medical Insurance & Alternative Funding Arrangements, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, State Disability & Leaves, and Life/AD&D, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability & Voluntary Benefits.

Personal

She is actively involved in a number of professional and volunteer organizations, including the Blue Hill Business Group where she serves as Vice President, the Hingham Youth Hockey Board of Directors where she serves as Secretary and Director of Financial Affairs, and St. Gerard’s KidsCamp where she serves as Level Coordinator.  She is also founded the #belikejack foundation after the death of her son’s friend.

Meg currently resides in Weymouth, MA, with her husband, two sons & their black lab.
